Jerome Finkel, M.D., M.H.A., FACP
Trustee, Henry Ford Macomb Hospital
Dr. Finkel has been a physician leader and patient advocate for many years, and practices general internal medicine in Mt. Clemens and Chesterfield, MI. He is president and chief executive officer of Alliance Health Professional PLLC, one of the largest, most respected multi-specialty practices in metropolitan Detroit. He also serves as the president of the Greater Macomb Physician Network, a physician organization which provides contracting, physician support services, technology solutions, and Care Management for the over 500 member physicians. He is the co-founder and board member of Michigan HealthLink, one of the largest organized systems of care in the state focused on coordinating and transforming to value based care.
Dr. Finkel also was a founding board member of the Reliance ACO, a CMS MSSP Accountable Care Organization and served as one of its medical directors from its interception in 2014 thru 2018.
Dr. Finkel has been a trustee of Henry Ford Macomb Hospital since 2015 and serves as chairman of its strategy and growth committee and a member of the quality and safety committee.
Dr. Finkel earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, his masters in health administration from the University of Southern California, and his M.D. from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Sinai Hospital of Detroit. He is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is a fellow of the American College of Physician.
