Lansing, MI – November 25th, 2025
MiHIN is proud to announce that it has been named a 2025 Michigan Top Workplaces award recipient. This honor is particularly meaningful because it is based entirely on direct, confidential feedback from employees about workplace culture, leadership, and overall experience.
Only 61 organizations across Michigan with 150–499 employees earned a Top Workplaces designation this year, placing MiHIN among a select group of employers recognized for excellence in employee engagement and organizational health.
“MiHIN exists to serve Michigan’s healthcare community with integrity, innovation, and a deep commitment to improving people’s lives,” said Dr. Isabell Pacheco, incoming CEO of MiHIN. “Being recognized as a 2025 Top Workplace affirms that our team not only believes in this mission but feels empowered, supported, and valued while fulfilling it. Our culture is our greatest asset, enabling us to deliver meaningful impact for the state every single day. When our people thrive, our mission thrives, and this award is proof of that.”
As Michigan’s statewide health information exchange network, MiHIN works in partnership with hospitals, physicians, health plans, public health agencies, and community providers to help ensure that critical patient information is available wherever and whenever it is needed. That work is made possible by the talent, dedication, and passion of the organization’s employees.
The Top Workplaces program evaluates workplace culture using an employee engagement survey measuring alignment, execution, communication, leadership, and other key factors tied to organizational success and employee satisfaction.
“This award validates what we aspire to be every day—a mission-driven organization where people feel empowered to make an impact,” added Dr. Pacheco. “We are proud of this recognition and even more proud of the work our employees do to support healthier, more connected communities.”
