Our Help Desk is the central point of contact for onboarding, technical support, and service-related assistance. Submit a ticket to request help, report an issue, or get guidance from our support team.

Support Request Types Include:

  • Service and product onboarding

  • MCIR onboarding

  • Product support for MIGateway®, MiHIN Referrals, and Diretto®/DSM

  • Portal (Jira) access and navigation support

  • Object Identifier (OID) requests

  • Service or system outage reporting

  • Maintenance window and downtime communications

  • General questions and assistance

First time using our Portal?

Setting up your account only takes a few minutes – and it helps us serve you faster than email.

1.Click this link and register with your email address.
2.Click “Sign up with password”.
3.Check your inbox and follow the link we send you.
4.Enter your name, create a password, and click “Sign up”.

Once you’re in, you’ll be able to:

  • Track your requests in real time
  • Get updates without back-and-forth emails
  • Make sure your request gets to the right team right away
