Partnership to drive coordinated social care delivery; promote health equity in communities
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (November 3, 2021) – Velatura HIE Corporation (Velatura) today announced a new partnership with findhelp (formerly known as Aunt Bertha), the leading search and referral platform of social service organizations, to provide a safe, secure, and effective platform for participants to connect patients with social services. The newly formed partnership will enable Velatura’s HIE network to serve as a health data utility.
